Mark Vincent Construction serves homeowners and businesses in Pasco, Kennewick, and Richland with residential remodeling, additions, commercial tenant improvements, and commercial remodels.

Our approach starts with understanding the people who will use the space. We bring practical construction experience, careful planning, and clear communication to projects, including work developed with an architect. Value engineering helps us discuss options and priorities as the scope takes shape.

How Our Process Works

  1. Tell us about your project. Share your location, goals, project type, budget range, and desired timing. Include photos or plans if you have them.
  2. Discuss project fit and next steps. We review the information and discuss what is needed to evaluate the work, including a site visit, existing drawings, or design input.
  3. Develop a clear scope. Review existing conditions, design coordination, materials, budget priorities, and opportunities to adjust the scope. Any design or estimating services and their terms should be agreed before that work begins.
  4. Review the proposal and construction plan. Understand the included work, exclusions, selections, payment terms, and anticipated schedule before authorizing construction.
  5. Build, communicate, and close out. Coordinate construction and project updates through Buildertrend. Review proposed changes as they arise and address completion items together.

Is MVC a Fit for Your Project?

We welcome inquiries about kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, additions, and improvements to existing commercial spaces. For a commercial project, tell us whether you own or lease the property, its intended use, and whether the space will be occupied during construction.

Planning Your Investment

Project costs depend on the existing conditions, size, layout changes, structural or building-system work, finishes, and design and permitting requirements. Share the range you are comfortable investing so we can discuss priorities and the appropriate next step. Pricing and timing are developed around the scope of your project.
